Open Sewing

We offer an open-sewing day twice a month. Anyone is welcome to join until we reach capacity, so please signup in the shop. Cost is $15.


About Classes


  • Registration for classes are in person with cash or check made payable to the instructor.
  • Class fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the class is cancelled. If you cannot attend a class, a refund will be issued with a 5-day prior notice. If you cancel after this time, there will be no refund.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a class if there is not a minimum of 3 students. In the event of insufficient enrollment, a refund will be issued.
  • Special Events, such as retreats, workshops and national educators, are non-refundable.
  • Class supplies and kits for classes are not included in the class fee. The supply list for class will be given out at the time of registration. All students will receive a 10% discount on class supplies purchased at the shop. We appreciate you buying your supplies for the class here to avoid purchasing the wrong products.
  • Patterns, books and handouts cannot be photocopied, as stated in copyright laws.
  • In order to begin class on time, we ask that you arrive 30 minutes in advance to get set up. On class days, doors will open at 9:30 a.m. for students. Please respect the instructor and your peers, arrive on time and be prepared.
  • Food is permitted in the kitchen area of the classroom. Drinks are permitted with a screw-top lid at the tables in the classroom.
  • Makeup sessions are not offered for missed classes.
  • All brands of sewing machines are welcome in our classes. Please note that you must understand the operation of your own machine.
